In furtherance of Century Bank of the Ozarks’ efforts to advance equity through identifying and addressing barriers to equal opportunity that underserved communities may face, the goal of this Language Access Plan is to make reasonable efforts to eliminate or reduce language as a barrier to accessing Century Bank of the Ozarks services, programs, and activities for individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP).
