Karen began her banking career in Arkansas in 1972 and worked in savings and loans as head teller and accounts manager for several years.

She joined Century Bank of the Ozarks in 1992 as a loan secretary.  She became Compliance Officer and Auditor in 1996 and is a graduate of the MBA School of Compliance.

Promoted to Vice President of Operations in 1998, Karen supervises customer service and teller activities for Century Bank of the Ozarks.
